Last month, Albert Orjuela of Valhalla was arrested and charged with forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child following a complaint about alleged sexual contact with at least two minors. Orjuela was arrested the day after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On Facebook, Orjuela identifies himself as a Girl Scouts leader, and he has made posts referring to himself as a “Girl Scout dad.”
Orjuela was in Mount Pleasant Court on Thursday, March 7 for a hearing, where he and his lawyer maintained Orjuela's innocence.
Officials said that the investigation is ongoing, and details will be released as it continues.
